      Equity Estates Fund approached StudioHawk to elevate their online presence and organic performance.

      Their key objectives included:

      1. Become more prominent across a wide range of searches where their target audience were but Equity Estates Fund were not.

      2. Increase leads generated organically through the website vita unbranded search. 

      There was a large amount of opportunity given the niche that Equity Estates Fund operated in to capture a wider proportion of the target market that their competitors were dominating.

      Following an extensive audit of the site, we identified the following core opportunities:

      1. Dedicated landing pages to target specific non-branded terms without impacting the existing feel of the pages on the website.

      2. On page optimization on the home page to target quick win opportunities around "luxury estate funds" and other related terms

      3. Long form content optimization & top of funnel content creation

      To address this we worked on the following: 

      • We created a series of landing pages targeting specific queries and entity concepts like “luxury timeshares” and “private residence clubs” to get in front of people looking for similar options as what Equity Estates provided without knowing of Equity Estate Funds' existence.
      • Long form content creation for top of funnel searches like "How To Buy A Home In [Location]". This would get traffic in from individuals who were looking at purchasing a home, giving them a run down of all of the complexities then offering Equity Estates Fund as a preferred alternative.
      • Optimization of long form content created by the Equity Estates Fund team.
      • Targeted link acquisition to help grow the site's authority long term.

      Key Challenge & Solution

      The biggest challenge was a big push back from the branding team about making any content changes to the pages that were accessible via the navigation. To combat this, we created more “hidden” SEO-focused pages while keeping with the structure and branding of the Equity Estates Fund site overall. This allowed us to be more flexible.
