      First Fence of Georgia had tried working with SEO agencies in the past but never saw much success from their investment.       First Fence of Georgia had strong offline authority — with over 30,000 completed jobs — but their digital presence did not reflect their market leadership.

      Core Needs Identified:

      • Previous SEO efforts had failed to generate meaningful visibility or revenue growth
      • Limited rankings for:
        • Core fence types (steel, aluminum, wood, PVC, composite, chain link)
        • High-intent “fence contractor” terms
      • Minimal authority positioning within the Georgia fencing market
      • Weak local SEO presence across key Georgia cities
      • Lack of structured content separating residential and commercial services
      • Tracking and technical gaps limiting performance visibility

      Primary Goal:
      Position First Fence as the digital authority in Georgia fencing - both residential and commercial - matching their offline dominance.

      Following an initial SEO audit, we identified several areas of improvement:

      • Build out content guides / hubs for their main service offering to showcase expertise and experience 
      • Drive authority to the site to supplement the ongoing site growth

      We restructured and expanded their service architecture to better reflect search intent and buyer behavior.

      • Built out segmented residential and commercial service hubs
      • Developed niche vertical pages targeting individual fence types and materials
      • Expanded into high-intent contractor, supply, repair, and automation-related terms
      • Optimized on-page structure (headers, internal linking, meta data)
      • Improved navigation to support clearer service pathways and lead attribution

      This ensured both homeowners and commercial buyers could clearly find and convert on relevant services.

      Local SEO Expansion 

      We significantly expanded their local footprint by:

      • Building and optimizing a wide network of Georgia location pages
      • Localizing content to align with city-level search behavior
      • Cleaning up duplicate headers and indexation issues
      • Strengthening internal linking between service and location pages

      This allowed First Fence to compete in multiple Georgia markets simultaneously rather than relying on a single metro area.

      Authority & Thought Leadership Development

      We repositioned the brand from a contractor to an industry authority by:

      • Creating structured content pillars for residential investment, contractor vetting, commercial risk, compliance, and access control
      • Developing educational blog content targeting zoning laws, insurance implications, installation standards, and ROI
      • Beginning the build-out of indexed case studies from their 30,000+ completed jobs
      • Supporting authority growth with ongoing backlink acquisition

      This elevated their expertise beyond transactional service pages and positioned them as a trusted decision-making resource.

      • Resolved crawl errors and duplicate header issues
      • Cleaned up over-extended meta titles and descriptions
      • Addressed NoIndex pages limiting rankings
      • Improved internal linking architecture
      • Implemented custom GTM event tracking for lead visibility
      • Conducted ongoing technical audits to maintain site health
