From Listings to Leases With SEO
Intelicacre is a St. Louis-based, entrepreneurial commercial real estate consultancy providing services like brokerage, property management, and investment advisory. Having done minimal SEO work on the site previously, they wanted to broaden their organic potential to drive more traffic and form fills.
Intelicacre approached StudioHawk to elevate their online presence and organic performance.
Their key objectives included:
1. Improving their site's organic visibility and traffic having previously not invested in search engine optimization.
2. Build more of a presence in the local St. Louis, Charlotte and Denver locations.
3. Drive more form engagements across the board for their commercial properties.
There was a large amount of opportunity given the niche that Equity Estates Fund operated in to capture a wider proportion of the target market that their competitors were dominating.
Following an extensive audit of the site, we identified the following core opportunities:
- Refreshing and optimizing the content on their core service pages to improve their relevance for contextually related head terms.
- Drive more authority for the brand both onsite and offsite.
- Improving technical health of the site.
- Keyword gap analysis tot identify opportunities against competitors.
With these core opportunities in mind, we actioned the following:
- We optimized the existing service pages to help enhance the site's overall visibility for related service based terms.
- Built out optimized location pages to allow us to show up more prominently in St Louis, Denver and Charlotte for a wide variety of service based queries.
- Built out authoritative guides and blog pages to better showcase Intelicacre's expertise and authority in their industry.
- Conducted a keyword gap analysis which highlighted opportunities around property + location type keywords i.e. "offices for sale in Denver" "factories for rent in Charlotte" etc. We then proceeded to start building out these pages to be more targeted working closely with their development team to work on the listings widget.
The property listings map was an "all in" style listing all property types in all locations, with the ability for users to filter this. This was not then able to be static based on that filter and needed to be completely re-built for each location / property type page we wanted to build. After carefully explaining the potential uplift we could see with these pages, forecasting SEO ROI and working closely with their development team to prioritize the highest impact tasks first, we were able to begin getting these pages live.
